This classic dish is very easy to make and believe me, your entire family will love it. My kids were asking for more and my husband took the leftovers in the container to work next day.

If you prefer to make it low carb, just wrap cooked beef in lettuce instead of placing it on the rice. To add an extra healthy twist you can also substitute white rice with brown or even wild rice. Either way it will be delicious!Korean beef bulgogi

Mmm I am loving the look of this! It's not a recipe I've ever tried before but I want to - it looks fab!

  8. I love beef bulgogi! And yours look delicious 🙂 I've tried making it once but the beef texture isn't as soft as I would've liked, maybe I was using the wrong cut. But do you have any suggestion to make the texture more tender?

    1. Thank you! I know people are using kiwi or pears as a meat tenderizer in such recipes. What am i doing is i am getting tender fatty cuts like ribeye and marinate it overnight! And also cut it reeeeally thin, almost see through. Hope it helps!
