Please use chopped mango mixed with water instead of juice for myWW plan(see the recipe).

One of the best fresh tasting and natural juices around me is Odwalla® . Since I love to make smoothies (hello, Berry&Maple original fans!), I prefer only the best ingredients and smoothie bases. Non GMO, no added sugar and 100% juice is an absolute YES for me.
A quick trip to Target made my day. It had all I needed, seeds, nut and my favorite Odwalla® Mango Tango®. This smoothie is calling my name now!
What happens to a juice when you combine it with some amazing seeds and nuts? A Superfood smoothie of course!
What will you need for a superfood mango smoothie
- Raw Cashews
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Shredded coconut ( love to add this everywhere!)
- Odwalla® Mango Tango®
STEP 1
Add all the nuts and seeds into your food processor or a high speed blender and pulse a few times
Step 2
Add Odwalla® Mango Tango® to the seed and nut mixture and blend until smooth. Pour in to a Mason jar and your perfect snack on the go is ready!

Superfood mango smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tbspn hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbspn shredded coconut
- 12 oz Odwalla® Mango Tango® for myWW plan please use 1 cup of cubed frozen or fresh mango and 1 cup of water instead of Odwalla
Instructions
- Add all seeds and nuts to your blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds
- Add juice ( or frozen mango with water) and blend for additional 30 sec.
- Pour in to a mason jar and enjoy!

this looks delicious but on my WW point counter in the Purple plan 12 oz of Odwalla Mango Tango fruit smoothie is a wopping 12 points! ~ am I missing something? (I hope I am!)

Hello Debra! I calculated points using a juice-smoothie made out of fresh or frozen mangoes and water (Not Odwalla) and got rushed and totally forgot to update the recipe. Thank you and sorry for the confusion!
