For all green tea lovers- try this Matcha green superfood smoothie! Deep flavor and gorgeous creamy green color- that’s what makes this smoothie shine!

My kids drink smoothies daily. Every morning i make a huge amount of smoothie (in my Vitamix), pour it in two 24oz jars

and drink it through the day.

Matcha may be not a perfect fit for kids because of its caffeine content(very little but still), but i will recommend it for everyone else! Delicious full of antioxidant smoothie is what you need to start your day.

Delicious healthy smoothie for your breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup greek yogurt can substitute for coconut yogurt
Instructions
  1. put all the ingredients in yo your blender

  2. blend until smooth. add milk or any other nut milk if needed

  3. enjoy your superfood smoothie!
