For all green tea lovers- try this Matcha green superfood smoothie! Deep flavor and gorgeous creamy green color- that’s what makes this smoothie shine!

My kids drink smoothies daily. Every morning i make a huge amount of smoothie (in my Vitamix), pour it in two 24oz jars

and drink it through the day.

Matcha may be not a perfect fit for kids because of its caffeine content(very little but still), but i will recommend it for everyone else! Delicious full of antioxidant smoothie is what you need to start your day.

Matcha green superfood smoothie

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup greek yogurt can substitute for coconut yogurt


  • put all the ingredients in yo your blender
  • blend until smooth. add milk or any other nut milk if needed
  • enjoy your superfood smoothie!
