Green smoothie bowl with avocado
- 2 very ripe bananas frozen
- 1 cup pineapples frozen
- half of avocado
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup of any milk almond, soy or regular
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut
- Blend all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
- pour in 2 not very deep bowls and top with your favorite seeds, nuts and berries!
