Probably all of us has their favorite banana bread recipe. Sometimes we add sour cream, sometimes we spread butter on a piece, add chocolate chips, different nuts or more. I want to share my favorite recipe with you guys, its super easy and you can modify it as you like.

Bananas are healthy to eat as a snack, for breakfast or with your favorite oatmeal. But happens when you dont eat them in time and they get too dark to eat ? Banana bread is your absolutely best answer.

Kids love it, husband loves, i like to eat it in moderation, for breakfast due to high amount of sugar (but taste so good!).

How to make the best banana bread

As you can see, the cooking process is very easy. Mash your bananas first in a medium bowl . You can use a fork or potato masher, like i did. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well but dont overmix!

You want the dough to be light and fluffy and dont too heavy. At this step you can totally add your favorite add-ons like chocolate, nuts or i dont knwo, maybe peanut butter (for swirls?). Use your imagination.

Banana bread only requires a few ingredients that you can usually find in your pantry and fridge. And dont let those bananas overripe and get thrown into the garbage, use them in baking!
