Creamy delicious angel hair Alfredo salmon pasta for your next family dinner!
Its good to have angel hair pasta on hand in your home pantry!
It cooks very fast and tastes fantastic with a simple creamy Alfredo sauce. Sure you can use fettuccine noodles or linguini, it will not affect the flavor but will change the whole dish consistency a bit.
For the recipe i used fresh Alaskan salmon fillets, but if you prefer a more smoky flavor, use smoked salmon( just add it in the end without cooking).
Would you like to save this?
I don't recommend using pregrated cheese for this recipe. It tastes different and always contain cellulose to prevent it from caking( it affects flavor and not healthy at all).
I buy Parmigiano- Reggiano from Costco and grate it myself.

The mushroom and salmon combination in this sounds so good - both delicious, earthy flavors. Love a good, quick pasta dinner!
This recipe is right up my alley! I really love angel hair, mushrooms, alfredo and salmon. I love that your alfredo does not have eggs in it, it is usually my hinderance from making alfredo at home since I do not eat eggs
Thank you, glad you like it!
Wonderful recipe. This would be a hit at my place on Friday night.
What a great sounding pasta dish. We love our salmon -- wild caught, naturally, and we agree with grating your own cheese. Add a salad and a nice glass of wine and it's a celebration meal. YUM!!
