Juicy healthy ground beef air fryer meatballs. Use them as an appetizer, try them as a main dish (pair up with some Air fryer french fries ) or just cook this little meatballs for your kids, they love it! You can use chicken or turkey in this recipe too. Meal prep and lunch box ready.
(Right Points) MyWW green plan 3 points, blue plan 2 points, purple 2 points per serving- about 5 mini meatballs( all calculations are done by adding ingredients to Weight watchers app calculator, see the screenshot in the end of the post).

You can make this meatballs from fresh and also you can freeze them for later use.
Frozen air fryer meatballs
If you want to precook a batch to freeze it for later , that's a great idea. I usually make the whole recipe and than we eat only one batch, and the rest is going to the freezer.
Make sure to freeze meatballs in the air tight bag and try to lay them down as flat as possible to prevent from sticking together.
Reheating is easy- just place meatballs in to your air fryer basket at 390 degrees for about 3 minutes (the time varies on the size of your meatballs)

Should i make ground turkey or beef meatballs?
This recipe is made with a ground beef. To achieve more delicate flavor you can mix the meat with some ground turkey or chicken. Turkey meatballs are leaner and lower in calories.
You can adjust this recipe easily for any type of meat.

How to make Keto air fryer meatballs
Its very easy to make this recipe keto friendly. Just don't add any panko crumbs. It will not affect the flavor so feel free to do that if you want or need to.
Additionally you can add some chopped herbs like basil or cilantro to the meatballs to add more flavor and the aroma will be lovely. Try it! ( I didn't use much herbs because of my kids, they wont eat it).

Meal prep and lunch box
These air fryer meatballs are a wonderful meal prep or a lunch box idea. Easy to make and healthy lunch for your kids to take to school. You can also make a sandwich with this meatballs or just put them in the bowl with some Air Fryer loaded baked potato or Air fryer corn on the cob.

How many grams uncooked should each meatball be?
So simple and so yummy! Thanks for sharing!
I have honestly NEVER liked meatballs but these were so amazing! I normally have an issue with the squishy-ness of normal meatballs but these were perfectly browned yet still moist and incredibly easy to make! 4 year old approved as well 🙂
So glad you liked it! Thank you for the review!
These turned out spectacularly! I used 85% beef, added parsley, and reduced the cook time since my air fryer seems to run hotter than others. I really liked this simple but tasty meatball.
There I see no way your WW points are correct.. unless it's for 1 meatball.
Thank you for pointing it out for me! I just calculated new points and attached a screenshot to the recipe
I don't know using a pound of ground beef 90/10 came up as 5 sp a serving. How did you make this to be 1 sp a serving for WW Blue&Purple plans? Thanks!
Hi! Thank you for pointing it out for me, i miscalculated this recipe. Just attached the screenshot and changed points.
My girls love meatballs and I like that I can freeze these airfryer meatballs and they are ready to go whenever we are in a pinch for time or in their lunchbox.
These meatballs have convinced me I need to get an air fryer! They are so perfectly browned!
Oh boy, these meatballs looks AMAZING! I want to make them right now.
These meatballs came out delicious! Moist and tender! I love that you preheat your air fryer! That made a huge difference, compared to others I have tried!
