Air fryer Buffalo Cauliflower bites
Ask me, what is so good about this Air fryer Buffalo Cauliflower bites? They are crunchy and "meaty" at the same time. If your kids don't like vegetables, try to make this dish for them and believe me, they will change their mind.

When it comes to breading, don't be afraid! Its very easy. I prefer to use panko bread crumbs and just one beaten egg.
Very easy!
What about the Buffalo sauce?
If you make this recipe for kids, please tomato sauce instead of hot sauce, to make it mild but still with reddish color.
For adult version, please use your favorite hot sauce. Mine is Sriracha, i am pouring it on everything!:)
Would you like to save this?
BTW some people call this dish Air fryer cauliflower wings. Look a lot alike! But let say a healthy option.
