The chicken breast with gravy is not Whole 30 compliant. It has cornstarch and sherry. You could easily sub arrowroot or tapioca starch for the cornstarch and leave out the sherry (or sub something. Broth? Apple juice?), but as written it's not compliant. Just a heads-up!
So many yummy ideas! I am pinning to try some of these out, I love any excuse to make dinner in my Instant Pot!! Last night it was a pork tenderloin!
