Let me tell you,I already got prepared for the winter season really well this summer. We went on a u-pick organic farm where we picked SO much blueberries, it’s not even funny . Had to invest in extra freezer to place in our garage…

I am sure I will finish a few batches of frozen berries in a couple weeks because it’s getting hot outside and my kids and me are thirsty for some smoothies!
Blueberry strawberry smoothie
Full of antioxidants and vitamins fresh spring smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
- 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen
- 1 Tspn Flax seeds
- 1 Tspn Hemp seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut water Or just water
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth
- Pour in a tall glass or jar. Serve immediately
