Honestly i am not a huge fan of cleaning the corn. I like to get lazy and buy already cleaned corn, but hey, its twice more expensive!

Oh, by the way, did you try my latest air fryer recipes? Corn on a cob would be a perfect side dish to Air fryer pork chops or Air fryer whole chicken.

Roasting corn in the air fryer is so easy and even beginner can cook it perfectly from the first try!

How to freeze corn

When i buy it in bulk in a summertime, i take time to freeze as much as i can for winter. All i do is i am cleaning the corn and place it in the zip lock bag. Try to push all the air out of the bag before closing it.

Here is a little trick i want to share with you, i learned it from my friends dad. Grab a plastic straw, place one side in the bag, leave a little opening and try to suck most of the air out of the bag. The effect is similar to a vacuum sealer, the result will surprise you!

Keep frozen corn in the freezer or up to 6 months. Then use it on soup, grill it or boil! No defrosting needed.

Had some corn on the cob I needed to cook. Didn't want to heat up the bbq for just a few ears, so opted to try your recipe I had saved. So easy, fast and comes out great! We like to spread our corn on the cob with mayonnaise and Tajin - delicious

Thank you for sharing this. I am new to the air fryer thing but it seems to be working. Typically I grill my corn in its husk after soaking it for 5+ hours, but I cooked chicken on the grill the other night and am allergic to chicken and didn’t feel like cleaning it. I hope this works out and will continue the recipe if it does.

Thank you

Spray french fries with a little canola or olive oil and cook turning fries over once to even out cooking.
