How to cook mini pizzas from frozen
Well, first you need to make this pizza and freeze it in the individual ziplock (or any other ) bag. What I like to do is to precook personal pizza , let it cool and then freeze. This way you will not have a problem of shredded cheese being all over the place. Everything stuck together and freeze well.
When you are ready to eat your mini pizza, just reheat it in your Air fryer. (There is always an option to add some more cheese on top!)
Pita bread or tortilla ?
For the pizza- pita bread is the best. Or naan. It has to be thick enough to hold all the topping and don’t break when you try to take it out.
Tortillas are great for Air fryer quesadilla . I tried it the other day and really like it, cooking it all the time now.
How long do you cook pizza in Air fryer ?
I usually cook my for about 5-6 minutes at 350 degrees. Its enough time for cheese to melt and also for pita not to get crunchy.
- 1 pita bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Place pita in to the air fryer basket. Add sliced tomatoes, olives and cheese on top.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Carefully take pizza out of the air fryer , slice and enjoy!
