This recipe is pretty simple and doesn’t contain too many ingredients. It fact just 4 !

  • Cranberries
  • White sugar
  • Water
  • Cinnamon

How to make stove top cranberry sauce in less then 15 minutes (step by step)

Step 1. Use only the best cranberries. Fresh or frozen, bright in color, hard on touch and tart and crunchy. Wash htem and place into the medium size pot. Add white measured 1 cup of sugar.

Step 2. Add water and cinnamon and bring to a simmer. Dont boil. Stir with the wooden spoon every couple minutes. Once the sauce get thicker. it done. If you are looking to have some whole berries in your sauce, just throw a few whole uncooked cranberries in to the cooking pot in the middle of cooking time.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the medium sizw pot and simmer for about 12 minutes. If you like to have whole berries in your sauce, add about 2 oz of cranberries half way through the cooking process.
