A perfect combo for this fresh and so delicious salmon ceviche…. avocado, onions, lemon and…fresh salmon!
Really rushed myself to make photos before my kids got their little hands right on that salmon.
They love fish so much, I am sure it’s their Russian roots talking . I love fish too. Can eat it every day for dinner. And probably for breakfast too, as is with avocado or in a lox bagel :
- bagel
- cream cheese
- onions
- tomatoes
- sprouts
- salmon
As for salmon ceviche, you can eat it as an appetizer, side, or even a snack. Or it can go into your kids lunch box 🙂
As much as I love ceviche, I love avocado roses.

To make it, all you need is to slice your perfectly ripe avocado really thin, spread the pieces as much as you can and twist it! Enjoy!
Salmon ceviche with avocado rose
Fresh crisp delicious ceviche recipe for you and your family
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Fresh salmon fillet
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Big ripe Avocado
- 1 Lemon or 2 limes
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut your salmon in cubes. Make sure there is no bones left
- Peel avocado and discard the seed. Cut in cubes
- Cut onion very fine.
- Mix all cut ingredients in a medium size bowl with the juice of a whole lemon or limes.add salt and pepper to taste
- Put ceviche in your fridge for about 3 hours to marinate. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
