Can you cook baked potatoes in the air fryer?

Absolutely yes! They come out to soft and delicious.

One of my kids favorite dish when we eat out at our local BBQ place is loaded baked potato. Usually it comes with a choice of a smoked meat, but at home we keep it simple and easy- with bacon and made in the Air Fryer!

Cheesy potatoes in the Air fryer

I love to add lots of cheese to my Air fryer baked potatoes. You can add cheddar, Monterrey jack cheese, any kind of Mexican shredded blend or any sharp white cheese if you like.

When we talk about cheese in my house, we love Parmesan the most. You can add it here too! In this particular recipe i used cheddar though, because it melts so well and bright in color.

I just took my 1st bite and its delicious I normally don't eat the skin but decided to try it but I used red potatoes and for my toppings I added a spoonful of cream cheese Paparika, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Parsley I recently had some cysts removed from my stomach which wasn't a very pleasant experience it was to the point to where I was afraid to eat or drink anything because it would cause me to be in extreme pain and this caused me to lose an unhealthy amount of weight I'm barely getting my appetite back and have a difficult time enjoying alot of foods I used to love I'm still afraid of that pain coming back which makes it hard to want to eat but this is something I can see myself eat a few times a week its easy to digest and has a lot of nutrition for such a basic recipe so thank you for sharing it with us. My airfryer's instructions and Recipe book that I got with my air fryer are in Spanish or some other language so I've been alot of recipes I find online.
