Banana strawberry coconut popsicles
Beautiful double colored popsicles for the whole family
Ingredients
Banana layer
- 1 very ripe large banana
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Strawberry layer
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for banana layer in your blender. Blend until smooth and pour evenly in every of your Popsicle molds
- Do the same with strawberry layer ingredients and pour on top of the banana layer leaving about a half of inch of empty space on top
- Insert wooden sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To remove popsicles from molds, place them under the running warm water for about 10 sec. Enjoy!
Notes
Popsicle molds are different in size,so if you will have a little bit extra blender mixture, just drink it like a smoothie!
