- 1 egg
- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon applesauce unsweetened
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 apple finely chopped
- 1 banana finely chopped
Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. If prefer smooth pancakes, blend the pancake dough in the blender.
Cook over medium heat on the nonstick pan on both size until nice and fluffy.
This recipe makes 3 large pancakes (serving 1 pancake) or 6 small (serving 2 pancakes).
