  • 1 Lb Fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Big ripe Avocado
  • 1 Lemon or 2 limes
  • Sesame seeds


  • Cut your salmon in cubes. Make sure there is no bones left
  • Peel avocado and discard the seed. Cut in cubes
  • Cut onion very fine.
  • Mix all cut ingredients in a medium size bowl with the juice of a whole lemon or limes.add salt and pepper to taste
  • Put ceviche in your fridge for about 3 hours to marinate. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
