- 1 Lb Fresh salmon fillet
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Big ripe Avocado
- 1 Lemon or 2 limes
- Sesame seeds
Cut your salmon in cubes. Make sure there is no bones left
Peel avocado and discard the seed. Cut in cubes
Cut onion very fine.
Mix all cut ingredients in a medium size bowl with the juice of a whole lemon or limes.add salt and pepper to taste
Put ceviche in your fridge for about 3 hours to marinate. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
