  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup greek yogurt can substitute for coconut yogurt

  • Blend until smooth. add milk or any other nut milk if needed
