- 3 smoked turkey necks
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Place onion and garlic in the crock pot.
Rinse turkey necks to remove extra salt. Add on top of onions.
Add seasoning on top and carefully add water. Add sliced jalapenos
