Ingredients

  • 3 smoked turkey necks
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 jalapeno sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place onion and garlic in the crock pot.
  • Rinse turkey necks to remove extra salt. Add on top of onions.
  • Add seasoning on top and carefully add water. Add sliced jalapenos
  • Close the lid and cook on low for 4 hours.

Notes

Cooking Time: If your turkey necks are larger, they might need extra time in the crockpot.
Spices: Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your taste. If you like it spicy, a dash of cayenne can add a kick.
