Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • half of avocado
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt organic if possible
  • toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in to your high speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour in to a bowl. Top with your favorite seeds, nuts and berries
  • Enjoy your delicious smoothie bowl!
