The best banana bread

Super easy recipe for moist and soft banana bread that absolutely everybody can make! Add chocolate chips or walnuts to make it special, or keep it simple like i did.

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Start with mashing bananas in a large bowl with a fork or a potato masher. Whisk in eggs and butter*. Add other ingredients and mix.
  • Grease a loaf pan with butter and pour the batter into it. Bake for about 50 minutes, check with the toothpick. If it comes out clean, its done.
  • Let cool and slice with the bread knife.


Make sure the butter is not hot when you adding it, so it doesn't cook the eggs
