Coconut custard pie
Easy recipe for old fashioned coconut custard pie with just 4 ingredients! Delicious dessert to treat your guests.
Servings: 8 slices
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour the filling into the pie shell. Place in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour. Optionally cover pie edges with foil to prevent overbrowning.
Let cool completely and slice.
