Crock pot apple butter
Unbelievably easy homemade crock pot apple butter recipe, healthy and uses only one ingredient. Delicious and with beautiful caramel color- you will love to spread this butter on bread for breakfast or eat it by spoon.
Servings: 6 servings
- 3 lb apples
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Chop and core apples. You don't have to peel them.
Place in the slow cooker, add sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 12 hours. Uncover and cook for another hour.
Puree with the blender. If it still looks runny, Dont forget that it will thicken in the fridge.
