Air fryer loaded baked potatoes
Your next favorite Air fryer recipe- loaded baked potato! Easy and full of flavors, great meal for any time of the day, from breakfast to dinner.
Servings: 2 servings
- 2 russet baking potatoes
- 1/3 tspn salt
- 1 tspn olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- sour cream
Preheat Air fryer to 400F. Wash potatoes and poke it with a fork a few times. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt
Add potatoes to the air fryer. Cook for 30-40 minutes, until soft.
Make a cut in the middle and add shredded cheese. Place back to the air fryer and cook for additional 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Carefully take cheesy potatoes out. Now its time for toppings- add you favorite! Sour cream, chopped bacon or whatever you like!
