Strawberry yogurt banana muffins

Our favorite almond meal and yogurt strawberry banana muffins!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 big banana
  • 1 cup strawberries thinly sliced

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350F
  • Mash banana with the fork in a big bowl. add an egg. add yogurt and mix it up. Add oil and stir
  • Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl and stir together
  • Fold in strawberries.
  • Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
