Ingredients

  • 1 lb halibut fillet
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper each
  • 2 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
  • Season fillets with salt and pepper. Lay on sliced lemons and put in the smoker. Smoke for 1 1/2 -2 hours. After 40 minutes mark baste with Thai sauce.
