Hot smoked halibut

Ingredients
- 1 lb halibut fillet
- 1 lemon sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt, pepper each
- 2 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
- Season fillets with salt and pepper. Lay on sliced lemons and put in the smoker. Smoke for 1 ½ -2 hours. After 40 minutes mark baste with Thai sauce.
