Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Mix all the ingredients from the list. Fold in chocolate chips in the end
  • Using a tablespoon or a special cookie scooper, drop cookie dough ball on to the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

  • I don't recommend using chopped fresh strawberries in the dough. They contain too much moister and cookies will end up being under cooked.
  • Store leftovers on the counter for couple weeks. Do not put cookies in the fridge, they will get soggy.
  • Don't overmix the dough.
  • If you don't like white chocolate chips you can any your favorite like dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, chopped walnuts or chopped pecans.
