- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil

Using a tablespoon or a special cookie scooper, drop cookie dough ball on to the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
- I don't recommend using chopped fresh strawberries in the dough. They contain too much moister and cookies will end up being under cooked.
- Store leftovers on the counter for couple weeks. Do not put cookies in the fridge, they will get soggy.
- Don't overmix the dough.
- If you don't like white chocolate chips you can any your favorite like dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, chopped walnuts or chopped pecans.
