- 1 turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- salt and pepper to taste
Pour chicken broth in to the pot. Add carrots, onions, celery. Place a trivet on top. Put turkey breast in to the trivet. Add salt and pepper
Set Instant Pot on Manual for 6 minutes per pound. My turkey breast was 6.5 lb so i set it on 39 minutes. Quick release.
Remove the turkey. Drippings could be used as a gravy base.
If using a frozen turkey breast, the cooking time will be 10 minutes per pound
