- 1 cup chickpeas washed and drained (if used canned)
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1,5 tbspn dulce de leche
- 1 tspn maple syrup
Add all the ingredients listed above in to your food processor or blender.
Turn it on and let it blend for 20-30 seconds( depend on your blender but hummus should be smooth when done)
Pour in to the bowl. Drizzle some caramel on top. Serve with sliced apples, grapes, crackers, strawberries, cheese etc
