Creamy beef bell pepper pasta

- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tspn garlic salt
- 1.5 cup half and half
- 0.5 cup` freshly grated parmegiano
- 2 lb ground beef
- 8 oz dry egg noodles
- chopped green onions for garnish
- more parmegiano for garnish
Cook egg noodles using instructions on a package.
Thinly slice bell pepper and onion. Preheat medium sie skillet with about 1 tspn olive oil and sear vegetables for about 3 minutes. Add peeled and chopped garlic and and add to the pan. cook for additional 1 minute.
Add ground beef to the pan and mix it until well crumbled, browned and cooked through( about 7-10 min)
Add cream to the pan and heat it there without boiling. Turn the heat off and add cheese.
Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Garnish with chopped green onions and more parmegiano
