- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 big banana
- 1 cup strawberries thinly sliced
preheat oven to 350F
Mash banana with the fork in a big bowl. add an egg. add yogurt and mix it up. Add oil and stir
Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl and stir together
Fold in strawberries.
Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
