Equipment

  • 6.5 qt Ninja Foodi

Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1 packet Au Jus powdered mix
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter half a stick

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in to the inner pot of Ninja foodi*
  • Close and lock the lid. Press Pressure button and set the timer to 60 minutes. Once cooked, release the pressure manually.
  • Open the lid, watch for the steam. Shred the meat with two forks.
  • Serve over white rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.

Notes

No need to brown the meat. It will be as flavorful and tender if you just pressure cook it as is.
If you forgot to release the pressure manually, don't worry. It will not make much difference if the pressure will be released naturally (about 15 minutes).
Butter is optional.
This recipe is Keto friendly, as long as its served with mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes
