Try this delicious crispy air fryer brussels sprouts with Parmesan cheese! This recipe is so easy and quick, also healthy (Keto and weight watchers friendly).
Wash, trim and cut in half brussels sprouts. Place them in a bowl and add olive oil. Mix.
Add Brussels sprouts to your air fryer, preheated to 400 degrees. Roast for 5 minutes.
Open the air fryer and shake the sprouts. Sprinkle cheese on top and put the basket back in to the air fryer for another 5 minutes
