This is the best instant pot pulled pork shoulder tacos recipe for your pressure cooker! Carnitas is the dish that is so easy to make, family favorite and you can cook it from frozen no problem. Perfect party main dish and Mexican inspired dinner.
Servings: 8 people
- 3 lb pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Place all the ingredients into your pressure cooker.Close the lid and set on high pressure for 40 minutes (50 minutes if the meat is frozen)
Once the meat is cooked, quick release and open the lid. Shred the meat with two forks.
