Watermelon salad with feta cheese
Refreshing summer watermelon salad with feta cheese is a perfect option for you summer parties and bbq. Light, healthy, very easy to make and goes really well as a dessert or a side dish.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1/2 personal mini watermelon
- 1/2 lime
- 5-7 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz feta cheese chunk
Wash, peel and cut watermelon in cubes. Place in to a medium bowl
Cut feta in small cubes or crumble with hands. Put on top of watermelon
Cut mint leaves and put into a bowl. Juice half of the lime on top and mix all the ingredients.
