- 2 Oz Clear(glass) noodles
- 1 Lb Pork butt
- 1/2 Yellow onion
- 1 Red bell pepper
- Green onions for garnish
- 2 Teaspoon Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Slice onion and bell pepper very thin and cook over medium high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring, until very fragrant.
Add sliced pork, soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook on medium for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile cook glass noodles according to your package directions( usually just let them sit in a hot water for 5 minutes, then drain)
Turn the heat off and stir in noodles in to the pan with pork. Add more soy sauce if needed
Garnish with chopped green onions
