Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 dates

Instructions

  • soak almond in the water for 1 hour. drain
  • place them in your high speed blender with 3 cups of water and dates . Blend for couple minutes until smooth
  • strain through the nut bag and enjoy!
