Easy eggnog pancakes
Easy and quick Christmas morning breakfast idea, eggnog pancakes! You can make it ahead of time and reheat in the toaster next morning. Or cook it fresh to fill your kitchen with amazing smell of winter and Christmas!
Servings: 4 people
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in the order listed in the ingredient list.
Preheat nicely buttered pan or griddle. Scoop couple tablespoons to form medium size pancakes. Cook on the medium heat for about 1 minute, until bubbles will start forming on the surface of the pancake. Flip it using a spatula and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.
Stack eggnog pancakes and top them with berries, maple syrup or Greek yogurt to balance the sweetness.
