Instructions
Preheat smoker to 275 degrees with Mesquite or Apple wood chips.
Wash chicken and dry with paper towels. Rub the chicken with Cajun seasoning and place it in your smoker for about 1,5 hours. Insert a thermometer.
Once your digital thermometer will reach 160 degrees, take the chicken out of the smoker. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting or just eating.
