Smoked Cajun Chicken

Beautifully smoked in electric smoker chicken quarters covered with cajun seasoning. Get your summer grilling on!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken quarters
  • 1/2 cup cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 275 degrees with Mesquite or Apple wood chips.
  • Wash chicken and dry with paper towels. Rub the chicken with Cajun seasoning and place it in your smoker for about 1,5 hours. Insert a thermometer.
  • Once your digital thermometer will reach 160 degrees, take the chicken out of the smoker. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting or just eating.
