Banana layer
- 1 very ripe large banana
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Strawberry layer
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Combine ingredients for banana layer in your blender. Blend until smooth and pour evenly in every of your Popsicle molds
Do the same with strawberry layer ingredients and pour on top of the banana layer leaving about a half of inch of empty space on top
Insert wooden sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To remove popsicles from molds, place them under the running warm water for about 10 sec. Enjoy!
Popsicle molds are different in size,so if you will have a little bit extra blender mixture, just drink it like a smoothie!
