Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas frozen
  • 1 cup pineapples frozen
  • half of avocado
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup of any milk almond, soy or regular
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
  • pour in 2 not very deep bowls and top with your favorite seeds, nuts and berries!
