Who wants this yummy, satisfyingly  sweet blueberry strawberry smoothie?

Let me tell you,I already got prepared for the winter season really well this summer. We went on a u-pick organic farm where we picked SO much blueberries, it’s not even funny . Had to invest in extra freezer to place in our garage…

Same story with strawberries

I am sure I will finish a few batches of frozen berries in a couple weeks because it’s getting hot outside and my kids and me are thirsty for some smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen
  • 1 Tspn Flax seeds
  • 1 Tspn Hemp seeds
  • 1 Cup Coconut water Or just water

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth
  • Pour in a tall glass or jar. Serve immediately
